• The extrusion process is one of the volumetric methods for changing the shape of materials. The aim of this method is to reduce the thickness or cross-sectional area of the copper material, ultimately producing pieces with a smooth cross-sectional surface. The extrusion process is carried out by first creating a mold with the desired cross-sectional area. Subsequently, the produced filaments are compressed within this mold in the upstream section. As a result, the piece, known as extruded, is formed with the desired cross-sectional surface. Pressure is applied unilaterally in the direction of the mold outlet; that is, pressure is applied from the open end of the mold toward the exit cavity. Material production in extrusion can be carried out continuously.
In this company, products are produced and supplied based on customer needs and usage type, utilizing the best quality and the latest equipment.
The copper extrusion unit is suitable for the continuous production of various copper products such as round copper wires, flat copper wires, copper busbar and profiles, etc.
