Conformity Unit

  • • The extrusion process is one of the volumetric methods for changing the shape of materials. The aim of this method is to reduce the thickness or cross-sectional area of the copper material, ultimately producing pieces with a smooth cross-sectional surface. The extrusion process is carried out by first creating a mold with the desired cross-sectional area. Subsequently, the produced filaments are compressed within this mold in the upstream section. As a result, the piece, known as extruded, is formed with the desired cross-sectional surface. Pressure is applied unilaterally in the direction of the mold outlet; that is, pressure is applied from the open end of the mold toward the exit cavity. Material production in extrusion can be carried out continuously.
  • In this company, products are produced and supplied based on customer needs and usage type, utilizing the best quality and the latest equipment.
  • The copper extrusion unit is suitable for the continuous production of various copper products such as round copper wires, flat copper wires, copper busbar and profiles, etc.
