Control of production stages and processes:
- Pre-production stage:
Incoming materials undergo initial inspection, and upon entering the factory, they are sorted and separated based on predetermined acceptance and rejection criteria.
- Production Stage:
In the process of manufacturing products, the quality control unit must have continuous monitoring of the process to ensure that a healthy and compliant product is produced.
Quality control experts ensure the accuracy of the production by measuring and monitoring materials during production, using approved and calibrated equipment.
In this stage, if quality control experts identify any errors in the product, they must promptly issue an order to stop production. For this purpose, the necessary authority should be delegated to the quality control manager by senior management.
